Made using foraged wild UK hops and loosely based on Timothy Taylor’s Knowle Spring.

Simpsons Malt – Low Colour Golden Promise (EBC 4) – 3000g

Simpsons Malt – Vienna Malt (EBC 9) – 1000g

Simpsons Malt – Golden Naked Oats (EBC 18) – 300g

Cascade UK – 5g / First wort

First Gold – 15g / 15 minutes

Cascade UK – 20g / 10 minutes

Strisselspalt – 20g / 5 minutes

Foraged UK wild hops – 700g / Whirlpool @ 75°C for 30 minutes
