BREWING NOTES: Strike temperature perfect. Initial calculations were for 64% efficiency, actual efficiency was 68%. Lost 0.73 litres to hop absobtion which is now factored into the calculator. I added 500ml of Ashbeck water to the fermenter to compensate for the hop loss and correct for the efficiency. Kegged and primed on 31/01/25.
