Crisp Extra Pale Maris Otter (EBC 3) – 250g

Goldings (Whole) – 20g / 30 minutes

MASH: 68°C / 60 minutes, power level 2-3, large hob, lid on

BREWING NOTES:  Strike temp spot on. Slightly more difficult maintaining mash temp on the hob with the thinner mash. Water volumes pretty accurate. Temp down to 74°C on transfer to the fermenter @ 1300hrs. 19°C in the fermenter 24 hours after yeast pitch. Fermenting and Kegging went perfectly.
