BREWING NOTES: Yeast pitch after 24 hours at 22°C. Ambient was 19°C but fermenter temp was 21.5°C the following morning with airlock activity (24.8°C by the evening!)
TASTING NOTES: Loads of off flavours from the hot fermentation. Not a good beer.
